Wisdom Awards Guidelines

The  “WISDOM  AWARDS” is a world reputed recognition entity and promoting recognition every month

Special Award  World Mighty Women Awards is scheduled for 8th ^th March 2023 and its a virtual event.

Nominations

The nominations can be submitted online  and the selection process will be completed first cum first basis, click here and proceed to landing page to submit nomination online. Please email us your photograph info@wisdomawards.org.

Nomination Fee:

Nominations can be submitted online on by paying the requisite nomination fee. The nomination fee is non refundable as we have to meet admin expenses in reviewing these nomination.

Nominee Profile:     

Applicant can submit nomination online by providing the detailed information. Or they can email us more details by email info@wisdomawards.org.

Those who want their profile with video slide shall be displayed on LED display they can send us the video byte of 60 seconds to display at venue. This is exclusive privilege is being offered to those who book the slot by paying the necessary fee towards the same in the event of actual event. .

Shortlisted Winners notified:

The nominations will be closed on the scheduled last date. The selected nominees shall be notified as per the scheduled date of the specific batch. Selected nominees shall be provided sufficient time to confirm their presence through Recognition & Registration  online. The wildcard nominations for award can be accepted only for 5 persons.

World Mighty Women Award – Recognition & Registration Fee:

The  nominees shall make the payment of Recognition & Registration fee as the Categories

Nomination Fee Rs. 2000/-,

General Recognition Fee  : Rs. 1500/-*

Certified Recognition Fee   : Rs. 4500/-,**

• The nominee will get the special privilege of e-interview session in most honorary show “Pearls of Nation-Pride of Nation” .
• The nominee will get GBOAS certified seal on the certificate of honour. and IASI number and nominee can apply under general category or priority category and can upgrade to GBOAS seal later date through the Licensing button in this website.. Nominee has to provide supporting documents in support of the achievement and or product.

The Award Ceremony:

The Venue (Actual or Virtual ceremony ) Entry pass for awardee or guest can be provided on the registration and the prescribed fee ,

 Name to be printed:

The selected nominees shall provide us the name to be printed on the Certificate & Memento which they can provide us through Recognition & Registration process.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. For individual nomination the applicant can be Indian resident or foreign residents.
2. For corporate nomination, the corporate entity must be a registered with the local competent authority.
3. For brand/product nomination, the brand or product must be in the market between the year 2022 to 2023.
4. The information about the individual / corporate profile must be provided online and as per the prescribed online field format.
5. Nominees must be available to be contacted on the set date of each selection phases of the scheduled award ceremony.
6. The Nominees must agree to take part in any interviews, photographic shoots and post-winning publicity surrounding the Awards and will be required to give consent for WISDOM AWARDS and selected partners to use the images and interviews howsoever they see fit, including for promotional purposes, with no financial claim by the winner. It is your responsibility to make the Nominee aware of this.
7. As part of the selection process, Nominees may be asked to disclose whether they have ever been convicted of a crime or are the subject of on-going criminal proceedings or investigations.

 Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request.
8.   Nominations submitted online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void. Nominations that are incomplete, illegible or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.

The Journey to World Mighty Women Award 

1. We have the assessment partner and the assessment criteria and selection process for corporate and for individual which we follow. For corporate we have a an assessment criteria and set of associated factors (Strategy Planning, Implementation, Creativity, Results & CSR Initiatives) and for individuals the separate assessment criteria and set of associated factors (Academics, Leadership, Character, Creativity & Contribution) that accounts for excellent achievements and enable us to consider the same for WISDOM AWARDS recognition.
2. The nominees shall be provided an opportunity for a live interview at “Pearls of Nation – Pride of nation” of our media partner, and they reserve the liberty to schedule or reschedule the date and time of the live show with the nominee..
3. The nominations profile will be reviewed and if the requirements of criteria and standards are not met then the GBOAS seal will not be incorporated on the certificate of honour..
4. Nominees are eligible for getting the certificate and trophy, and the same will be delivered via bonded courier at the registered address
5. The Awards are as stated and are not transferable to another individual. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Awards cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer.
6. WISDOM AWARDS accept no responsibility whatsoever for elements of the cash prize awards being withdrawn. WISDOM AWARDS can under special consideration offer cash prize to a nominee, but in the event of an cash Prize being unavailable, the WISDOM AWARDS  reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
7. The Cash Prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant sponsors or prize supplier which will be provided to the Winner when booking the Prize or with the Prize (as applicable).
8. The Winners in each category will receive their awards (memento & certificate) at the Awards ceremony or by the bonded courier.
9. There will not be any monetary or similar prize.
10. If the Winner is not able to attend the virtual ceremony, he/she should intimate us in an advance.

 Nomination Selection Process
  All nominations received by the closing date and time will be considered in a set and given phased manner.

1.    Selected nominee will receive the online voting link for public voting and participants has to meet the upper thresh hold of the voting. In our data base if we find any unfair attempt or multiple voting from one IP address will disqualify the participant. After meeting the thresh hold the final selection will be done through the rating round by our registered voters to determine the winner and to confer award. Registered Conferee will receive virtual participation link well in advance prior to the scheduled date of virtual awards ceremony.
2. Failure to respond to information requested by WISDOM AWARDS , failure to provide a valid mobile number and email for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the award/Prize.

 Use of information provided

1. All nominations will become the property of WISDOM AWARDS and promoters accept no responsibility for nominations unsuccessfully submitted.
2. By submitting a nomination form, your consent to give WISDOM AWARDS a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display the nomination (and any photograph included with the nomination) in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it singly or collectively into other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed (including, without limitation, magazines and online), including for promotional or marketing purposes. If necessary, you will sign any necessary documentation that may be required for WISDOM AWARDS  to make use of the non-exclusive rights you are granting to use the nomination (and any photograph included with the nomination).
3. WISDOM AWARDS reserves the right to make the nomination and all reproductions thereof available, either wholly or in part, in any manner or form whatsoever and in any medium or format, either separately or in conjunction with any other content.
4. WISDOM AWARDS reserves the right to publish names, photographs and country of residence of any Winner. The Winner agrees to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence.
5. You agree to waive all moral rights or any similar personal rights in any nomination you submit.
6. Any personal information, including without limitation, your and the Nominee’s name, age, address (including postcode) and/or email address will be used by WISDOM AWARDS in accordance with its privacy policy available at this website.

33   Your information and the information of the Nominee may be shared with the media partner (for live interview in their real talk show) which will use such information subject to its privacy policy.

 General
34.   By submitting a nomination you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Your submission of nominations is not dependent on any purchase.
2. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit.

37   WISDOM AWARDS  reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the Awards at any time. WISDOM AWARDS  reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

1. WISDOM AWARDS also reserves the right to cancel individual or corporate nominations without liability to affected participants where such nominations do not (in the opinion of WISDOM AWARDS  enter into the spirit of the Awards or if the security or proper administration of the Awards or the validity of a nomination is adversely affected in the event of cancellation, termination or suspension.
2. WISDOM AWARDS may, at their discretion, select a winner from eligible, non-suspect or unaffected nominations, received prior to the event requiring such cancellation, termination or suspension.
3. In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material, the details in these terms and conditions shall prevail.

Conflict of Interest Statement

1. Conflict of interest (COI) is generally recognized as a situation where there is risk that a professional judgment or decision could be influenced by some secondary interest. The Wisdom Awards is promoted by not for profit, public charitable registered trust based at Bangalore.
2. We strictly follow the policy of selection process and select the nominees for the GBOAS Seal on the basis of criteria and various factors that accounts for the overview of performance and achievements that enable us to consider for recognition which is mentioned in the clause 10 herein above. The decision of the Wisdom Awards while performing the selection process shall be final.
3. The nominees have to fit in the assessment criteria and the selection for the GBOAS seal will be done on merits and not on relationship. Wisdom Awards is committed to make the award selections more objective and fair.
4. We are bound to keep integrity at the forefront for our Wisdom Awards program and process is paramount to our program’s success and longevity.
5. These guidelines / terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Union of India and any dispute shall be subject to the arbitration and exclusive jurisdiction of the Bangalore city courts.
